1. I read I need MC, is that the base mod or do I need other modules, like cheats as well? Anything else I need? 2. How do I set occults to be hybrid? By selecting multiple choices in the MC set occult menu? 3. Will hybrids be born in game automatically? Can I set it to be automatic?

I use something more like 30/10/6/2/1, slightly different for each world. The way this works is like soft caps. if a level ratio to the total resident population is maxed out, then no further sims can reach that level until some of them drop back to the lower ones, die, or move out of the world.
Remove SP and any of its modules from your Mods/Packages folder and delete your game folder's scriptCache.package file. The cache has nothing to do with corruption, it's to make sure that no remnants of the mod remain in place to confuse things after you've removed it. i'm literally the last person to find out about this because i just refuse to look things up (its a horrible flaw, i know), but i could not for the life of me figure out how to use NRaas integration to get my initial CAS to run smoothly. i had such a horrible system, i would like make the most awful sims, just give them whatever traits, move them in, and then go in and fix all the CAS settingsOther Mods FAQ.
